We carry out the entire process of recruitment: we are screening and selecting employees according to the Employer's requirements.
Our international employment agency will provide workers with all the necessary documentation for working and obtaining a residence permit.
We organise job interviews, presentations and briefings (via Skype, Viber or in person), with the participation of the Employer if required.
We organise the travel of workers.
The fee for our service is a lump sum and there are no additional monthly costs.
We offer a warranty for our recruitment services! If a worker resigns within one month, we replace them free of charge.

This allows us to accompany Ukrainian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian and Romanian workers throughout the accomodation and integration period, so you don’t have to worry about communication barriers. Our translators can provide training (e.g. work safety, fire safety and environmental safety), coaching (work process training, test writing, etc.) and daily work practice for Russian and Ukrainian workers, in up to 24-hour continuous shifts. In Hungary, we offer teaching Hungarian as a foreign language.
